Shannon Diem

Shannon has led marketing teams for more than 20 years, and the programs he has run, or teams he has been a part of, are credited with more than $1 billion in attributable revenue. He started his first company, Internet Innovations, in 1996. It was later renamed IMG and sold to The York Group in 1999. Before founding Intelligent Voice AI in 2025, he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at AgJunction.

His view of AI is shaped by small-business operations. His family has run an independent insurance agency for 70 years, and he saw, listened and learned firsthand how missed calls, slow follow-up, and operational inefficiency could cost an agency its customers. In healthcare, Shannon's significant other has run a multi-location medical practice. Operational inefficiencies and slow claim reimbursement payments can ruin a medical practice's RCM, and ultimately its business. Intelligent Voice AI grew out of those problems.

Shannon speaks to executive and marketing audiences about putting AI to work on real revenue problems, and he mentors young professionals starting careers in business and marketing. He is based in Chandler, Arizona.
